MIXED PACKAGES AVAILABLE combining both formats. Inquire for custom rates

LARGE GROUP/TEAM PACKAGES
For groups of 6 or more that will signup/workout together - such as teams, etc Sessions are 1.5 hours

Summer Saver Terms and Conditions

  • SUMMER SAVER SPECIALS: effective through Friday, May 18, 2018, 5 pm for all on HLB current internal distribution list. In person, via mail or online.
  • Upfront Packages are purchased and paid for in full by Special deadline in order to receive the discount.
  • Packages MAY be PRE-PURCHASED for later use, as long as started any time prior to September 1, 2018.
  • Payment methods: cash, check, credit/debit card. NOTE: $7.50 Processing fee added to credit/debit card pmts.
  • NOTE: For ALL card payments, contact the HLB office for instructions on making card payments online.
For 2 payment plan options:
(a) For 8 and 12 session packages: 1st payment due at signup/purchase; 2nd payment due 15 days from start of sessions
(b) For 16 and 20 session packages: 1st payment due at signup/purchase; 2nd payment due 30 days from start of sessions
